*Subject: Life Insurance Corporation of India(Employees) Pension (Amendment) Rules,2019*

MADAM/SIR,

This has reference to CO Circular: CO/PER/ER-A/221/2019 dated 24.04.2019 & CO/PER/ER-A/222/2019 dated 15.05.2019 regarding implementation of LIC of India (Employees) Pension(Amendment) Rules,2019 alongwith various instructions for the implementation of above, issued by OS Department, Central Office.

The last date for exercising the option for joining the pension scheme is *22nd July, 2019 for the existing employees.  Those who have not yet exercised the option and wish to do the same are requested to submit the forms on or *before 22nd July, 2019.*
