About The Secretary General

Shri Vivek Singh was born on 20th July 1966 at Azamgarh, U.P. His father Late Shri Uma Shankar Singh was also a committed worker of NF and had served the Federation in various capacities such as Div. Sec. to Zonal President NCZ. He was also Div. Sec. of class 3 AIIEA, Varanasi Div. in the year 1970-71.Shri Vivek Singh completed his schooling at Azamgarh and thereafter high school education in 1981 from Vesli Inter College Azamgarh and graduation in Arts from DAV PG College and completed in post graduation in History in 1988 from DAV PG College Azamgarh. Com. Vivek Singh joined LIC of INDIA as Dev. Officer in the year 1990 as ADO on 1st April 1991 as a PDO at D.B.O. Branch Varanasi under Varanasi Division NCZ. In 1994 he was elected as Divisional Treasurer of Varanasi Div. again in 1996 he was elected as Div. Sec. Varanasi Div. and held the post in the next tow tenures of 1998 & 2000. In 2002 in Mathura Zonal Council he was unanimously elected as Zonal Sec. & since then till 2012 he unanimously held the post of Zonal Sec. At Agra F.C.M.2012 he was elected as National President. He has an extra ordinary talent to serve the Federation in various capacities. He got blessings & directions from various Veteran Leaders as Com.G.V.S.Mani, Com.M.L.Dhandvate, Com. A.V. Tyagi, Com. K.Chandrashekaran and many more. He was elected as Secretary General in the 2014 FCM held at Indore. He was unanimously elected again as Secretary General in the 2016 FCM held at Chennai. He is elected again for the third term as Secretary General in the recently held 2018 FCM at Ahmedabad. in the 29th Biennial FCM held at Lucknow on 9th & 1th Jan 2020 he was re-elected as Secretary General.
