1st Saturday Branch Unit Meeting of November will be on 02-11-2019

Dear Comrades,

We are deeply shocked and disturbed by the sudden death of our Comrade Shri.Anand Sarnad who actively participated in the South Central Zone ZCM held on 19th & 20th October. It is unfortunate to have lost an active comrade in the meeting hall itself at around 4pm on the second day of the ZCM. The 1st Saturday Branch Unit Meeting of November will be on 02.11.2019.(Tomorrow) We request all the members in the branch to observe two minutes silence and pay tributes to Late Shri.Anand Sarnad.

 

Along with the regular agenda we request you to discuss about Preventive Health Checkup, PL Encashment, Ensuing FCM, New Circulars issued from last month along with the information given by the Division/Zone/All India and distribution of News Bulletin.

 

We have taken a decision in Vadodara NEC to undergo preventive health checkup of all the eligible members. We also decided to honour in the NEC, the divisions which completes 100% checkups. We request all the branch units to discuss and ensure that all the members who are above 40 years of age and eligible for preventive health checkup should compulsorily undergo the checkup. Branch Secretaries are requested to take care of the health of our members and ensure that the checkup is availed by all the eligible members. The P.L encashment block for the year 2018-19 ends by 31st December 2019. Members, who have accrued more than 240 days PL to their credit, only should avail the PL encashment before 31st December. The FCM of the organization is going to be held on 8th & 9th January 2020 at Lucknow, N.C.Zone and the arrangements are being made to welcome the members in a big way. All the branches are requested to discuss and plan to attend the meeting in large numbers and make the mega event of the organization a grand success.
