Any member on Deputation for 5 days or more for election duty of central or state Govt and faced dis incentive

Dear Comrades,

Any of our members who had been on deputation for 5 days or more due to election duty or any duty of central or state govt. and he faced disincentive in the relevant appraisal year, then, kindly send earliest the details of that duties and also readable scanned copies of the appraisal to your Div. Sec.

All Divisional Secretaries are requested to compile all such received copies and do send to their Zonal Secretary.

Consequently, all the Zonal Secretaries are requested to compile all these copies received from divisions to us maximum up to 10th of March 2020, as all these will be very helpful for us while our discussion with management in the 2nd week of March at Central Office.
