Dear Comrades,

Hope all of you and your family members are well and safe at your sweet home.  Please Stay at home during entire lock down period maintaining all the guidelines of the Government as well as local authorities for safetyof all your family members and our country as a whole from the most infectious COVID-19 leaving all your worries and anxiety related to our service to your beloved organisation-NFIFWI. 

 

 Team NF is continuously in touch with the top management at the Central Office for granting all types of reliefs and relaxations for our Development Officers as well as Agents. Apart from giving assurance to our Agents friends as well as Development Officers by our most respected Chairman & MD (Marketing) through message, both of them had also assured us to give relaxations on each and every issues of our concern during this most unprecedented situation to the maximum extent possible, so that our field force remains least affected after restoration of normalcy.

 

Once again we sincerely request you not to send any suggestions based on your individual needs/without going deep into the issue to the management through SMS, email or WhatsApp text or even orally to the management at any level which may create problems for us in clinching the issues in our favour for the best interest of the organisation. Instead of that you may send your suggestions/ideas if any on any issue to us through your respective Branch Secretary →Divisional Secretary →Zonal Secretary. We can assure you that on receipt of your suggestions we will definitely give a serious thought on it and if feasible we will definitely carry forward your suggestions to the management at highest level for favorable consideration.

 

 Meanwhile some relaxations had already been given on MBG of Agents, Release of Commission without any deductions and Circular on granting special COVID-19 advance for agents. Many more circulars for relaxations on Club membership of agents, relief on our annual remuneration for the GOIBS, Special Rule, Stagnation increment etc. will also come phase wise depending upon the situation.

Till then, our one and only  concern is to keep our members, family members, Agents friends and every LICian safe and sound during this most crucial period. Let us all stand unitedly for strengthening our fight against COVID-19 with utmost sincerity.

प्रिय मित्रों,

आशा है आप परिजनों समेत अपने घरों में स्वस्थ एवं प्रसन्न होंगे । इन परिस्थितियों में स्वयं की अपने परिजनों की और सम्पूर्ण देश की इस खतरनाक वायरस कोविद 19 से सुरक्षा के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि हम सभी सरकार और अपने स्थानीय प्राधिकारी के द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए अपने घरों में ही रहना सुनिश्चित करें और अपनी सेवा सम्बन्धी चिंताओं और तनाव को अपने प्राणप्रिय  संगठन NFIFWI के ऊपर छोड़ दें आपका यह संगठन इन सभी समस्याओं के निस्तारण के लिए सतत् रूप से सतर्क और सन्नद्ध है ।

वर्तमान में संगठन विकास अधिकारियों तथा अभिकर्ताओं से संबंधित समस्याओं के सन्दर्भ में राहत और समाधान दिलाने के लिए लगातार निगम के उच्च प्रबंधन के सम्पर्क में हैं, फलस्वरूप  हमारे आदरणीय चेयरमैन महोदय तथा आदरणीय प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय  ने न सिर्फ हमारे विकास अधिकारियों तथा अभिकर्ता मित्रों को अपने संदेशों द्वारा आश्वस्त किया अपितु हमें भी पूर्णतया आश्वस्त किया है कि इस तरह की अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में हमारे और हमारे अभिकर्ताओं से संबंधित हर एक विषय में अधिकतम संभव सीमाओं तक राहत प्रदान की जाएगी जिससे की हमारी विकास वाहिनी स्थितियों के सामान्य होने तक न्यूनतम प्रभावित रह सके ।

 हम एक बार पुनः आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध करते हैं कि अपनी व्यक्तिगत समस्याओं के सन्दर्भ में बगैर उस विषय की गंभीरता को समझे प्रबंधन को किसी भी स्तर पर मैसेज वाट्स्अप मेल फोन द्वारा अपने सुझाव भेजने से विरत  रहें क्योंकि ऐसे में हमें उन विषयों पर अपने पक्ष में अथवा संगठन के अधिसंख्य साथियों के हितार्थ निर्णय करवाने में और मुद्दों पर पकड़ बनाए रखने में बहुत समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है।अतः अपने ऐसे अमूल्य सुझावों को सीधे प्रबंधन तक भेजने की जगह आप हमारे पास अपने शाखा सचिव →मण्डलीय सचिव →क्षेत्रीय सचिव के माध्यम से भेजने की कृपा करें । हम आपको आश्वस्त करते हैं कि ऐसे सभी विचारों और सुझावों पर हम गंभीर विचारण करेंगे और वस्तुनिष्ठ मुद्दों को उचित समाधान हेतु प्रबंधन के उच्चतम स्तर तक ले भी जाएंगे ।

इस दौरान अभिकर्ता एमबीजी शर्तो में राहत, बिना किसी कटौती के कमीशन भुगतान, अभिकर्ताओं हेतु ब्याज रहित कोविद 19 अग्रिम जैसे राहतकारी परिपत्रों के रूप में राहत पंहुचाने का काम आरंभ भी हो गया है इसके अतिरिक्त  क्लब सदस्यता मानक में शिथिलता, GOIB के सन्दर्भ में वार्षिक लागत गणना, स्पेशल रूल, स्टैगनेशन इन्क्रीमेंट  आदि विषयों पर भी परिस्थितियों के अनुरूप चरणबद्ध रूप से परिपत्रों के आने की संभावना है।

स्थितियों के सामान्य होने तक हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है कि इस विनाशकारी परिस्थितियों में हम अपनी अपने परिजनो की अपने अभिकर्ता मित्रों और अपने प्रत्येक निगमजनों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित रखें और पूरी गंभीरता के साथ अपनी एकजुटता से इस विनाशकारी वायरस के विरुद्ध अपने इस संघर्ष को सफल बनाएं।
