 *Sub: Suggestions with regard to relaxations under COVID-19 pandemic.* 

Dear comrades,

All of you are sincerely requested to send your suggestions to your Divisional Secretary only and not to post in any other WhatsApp group/FB/to Sec. Gen./Zonal Secretary or any other social media.

All your suggestions will be compiled by the Divisional Secretary and will be forwarded to the respective Zonal Secretaries.

In turn the Zonal Secretaries will compile and consolidate your suggestions to send to *Com.S.B.Ray (ZS/EZ),* who will forward the matter for finalisation.

 *Please refrain yourself from sending/posting your suggestions to any other media except your Divisional Secretary.*
