👉👉 All Zonal / Divisional / Branch Secretaries of NFIFWI.
✅✅ In the current global pandemic, it is our responsibility to send all kinds of messages to the members as soon as they are received from the higher forum and within a certain time frame.
👉👉 At present, WhatsApp operators have implemented new procedure and made changes in WhatsApp. Many files cannot be forwarded directly from WhatsApp group to a broadcast group, but any Document file/photo/video can be sent in a WhatsApp group and also can be forwarded from another WhatsApp group. Messages/Documents/Photos/videos cannot be deleted in a broadcast group, if sent by mistake, but can be deleted in a whatsApp Group. Comparing with broadcast group WhatsApp group is better for communication down the line, with the control for only Group Admins to post. It is observed that few Zones and Divisions who are sending information down the line is not being delivered with the new WhatsApp guidelines.
✅✅ Hence it is necessary for all the units to form a WhatsApp group to send the messages of the higher forum i.e. Secretary General / Zonal Secretaries / Divisional Secretaries / Branch Secretaries.
👉👉 All the Zonal / Divisional / Branch secretaries make sure to create a WhatsApp group without any further delay.
🙏🙏🙏👉 We appreciate the Zones and Divisions who are effectively forwarding the organisation communication down the line immediately.
👉👉👉 All the Zonal Secretaries should form a WhatsApp group of ZEC members of their zones and include AIP, Secretary General and any All India Office-bearers of the respective Zone.
✅✅ The group administrators will be Zonal Presidents and Zonal Secretaries only.Only the Zonal President and Zonal Secretaries will post messages in the group, and this can be ensured by going to the group setting option. Generally only Zonal Secretaries will post messages in the group.In special circumstances and exigencies only, the Zonal President will post the messages.
👉👉👉 Similarly, All the Division Secretaries should form a WhatsApp group of DEC members or total Members of their Division and include Zonal President, Zonal Secretary, Zonal Office bearer/s of the respective Division and All India Office-bearers of their Zone.
✅✅✅ The group administrators will be Division President and Division Secretary only.Only the Division President and Division Secretary will post messages in the group, and this can be ensured by going to the group setting option. Generally only Division Secretary will post messages in the group.In special circumstances and exigencies only, the Division President will post the messages.
👉👉👉 If there is a delay in posting of the messages by the Zonal Secretary or Divisional Secretary the Zonal President and the other higher Office-bearers present in the group have to immediately bring it to the notice of the respective Zonal Secretary and Division Secretary to post the message without any delay. This will ensure a foolproof system for effective organisation communication.
✅✅✅ Zonal Secretaries and Division Secretaries are requested not to post too many photos of an activity in the group, but to post only one or two photos and the rest can be posted as PDFs. There should be more circulars and messages in the group which is necessary for us. Let us not glorify anyone in the group and take everyone together.
👉👉👉 If any good work is done at any level, information about it will be given to all the members by the Secretary General / Zonal Secretary or by the Divisional Secretary.
✅✅✅ I humbly request all the Zonal units / Divisional units / Branch secretaries to make the WhatsApp group immediately.
❗❗❗It is observed that the messages of the higher forum are not being circulated down the line and it is necessary during these difficult times to ensure that the communication reaches each and every member of NFIFWI throughout the country immediately, for their benefit and information. Effective communication boosts up the morale of the members. ❗❗❗
This is a time where we have to be in touch with each other and stay strongly together to overcome the difficult times, successfully.
