A letter was sent to all the members by the Secretary General on 12 May 2021, in which a detailed list of the issues which are being negotiated with CO on top priority was enclosed

Yesterday (25-05-2021) we have again sent the letter to all the members.
Negotiations on many topics have been completed and anytime a waiver circular can be issued.

 Some of Divisional Secretaries have requested us to send them, whatever letter we have written and information regarding all the efforts that are being done, so that they can tell their common members about the Organisational activities. 

Comrades,
The central federation is working in a planned manner with a concrete strategy. Various favourable and Historic circulars from C.O are the result of the successful efforts of the central federation. Members should have full confidence in the organization.

However, the Divisional Secretary of those divisions in which the trust of the Common Members is weakening, should immediately hold a meeting on the zoom app, of all the members of their Division to update them with current scenario.

And in such Virtual meeting, You invite your Zonal President & Secretary, the Office Bearer of All India of your zone, All India Joint Secretary deputed for your zone by the central organization to assist and follow up the organisational activities, Secretary General and All India President. 

Last year from April 2020 to December 2020, the Secretary General and All India President have attended the virtual meetings of more than 70 divisions and several times in the ZEC meets and informed the members the entire details of the Organisational activities.

There will be no cost of any kind in these virtual meetings.

The central organization has taken the facility of zoom meeting for 100 members, and many zones and Division are using it's benifit. 

After these virtual meetings with the Zonal Secretary, Secretary General and All India President, we received feedback from various Divisional Secretaries that all the Common Members are fully satisfied and are appreciating all the efforts being made by the Central Organization and by this their loyalty has increased even more towards the organization.

From 20 May 2021, again Secretary General, All India President and All India Office Bearers have started joining the virtual meetings being called by our Divisional or Zonal units.

In Whichever divisions where the common members are not satisfied and are asking questions to the divisional organization, the secretaries of all such divisions, should make sure to take time from the secretary general through their zonal secretary for their division's virtual meeting.
