Dear Comrades, Corporation has given Relaxation/Concession in eligibility criteria of Club Members (CM/ZM/DM/BM/Dist.) for the M.Y.2021 vide circular Ref.CO/Mktg./ZD/A/24/2020 Dated 18.06.2020. The relaxation in eligibility criteria and benefits payable to Club Members for M.Y.2020-21 for different category of agents based on their performance. Category “A” Who have done the target, Category “B” Agents who are club members during M.Y.2019-20 and could fulfill 75% to 99.99% of the norms during the F.Y 2019-20 are given 25% relaxation in any one or all of the eligibility conditions in the qualifying F.Y and Category “C” Agents who could not fulfill the criteria in qualifying F.Y are allowed to fulfill the shortfall during F.Y.2020-21. Club Member Agents who have done the shortfall in business during the F.Y.2020-21 credit will be given for the shortfall of previous F.Y. 2019-20 to decide the Club eligibility on qualifying for the club for the M.Y.2021-21 and 90% of all the Monetary Benefits for the M.Y.2020-21 shall be paid after 31.03.2021.
C.O has released programmes for finalization of Clubs for M.Y. 2021 category C (vide E-Feap update 21.11 Dated 27.05.2021) for category C Club Agents. It was advised to all Branches to finalise Category C for M.Y. 2020-21 & then for M.Y. 2021-22.

All the Development Officers whose appraisal have been completed after 1st September 2020 to verify the club membership tag of all such club members who have fulfilled the shortfall upto 31.3.2021. If the said agent’s club membership tag is removed D.O would have got graded premium credit in the appraisals instead of full credit. We have requested the management to issue clarification circular to reopen all the Appraisals settled after 1st September 2020 and give full credit for the premium brought by the club members who have done the shortfall till 31st March 2021. Management has responded positively and we are hopeful for a positive circular from C.O regarding the reopening of the appraisals. All the Division Units are requested to ensure that the appraisals are reopened and the difference of amount paid to the Development Officers.

Regards,
