President of Satna Division, Shri Shiv Charan Dubey,

Dear Comrades,

With profound grief and sorrow, we are informing you that the President of Satna Division, Shri Shiv Charan Dubey, a senior member of our National Executive, passed away in the morning of December 3rd, 2021, at Kokila Ben Dhiru Bhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.

Late Shivcharan Dubey ji was admitted to Kokila Ben Hospital in Mumbai on 31-07-2021 due to brain hemorrhage.

Late Shiv Charan Dubey was the first divisional secretary of Satna Div.  He was the Divisional Secretary from 1992 to 1994 and 2011 to 2016, and from 1994 to 1996, 2006 to 2008 and from 2018 till date, he was the President of Satna Division.

This untimely and unfortunate demise of Shri Shivcharan dubey is a huge irreparable loss for the organization and for myself too.
This is a very sad and pathetic news, all the members of NFIFWI are deeply shocked and saddened by this sad news. We, on behalf of all the members (NFIFWI), salute this very simple n sober personality who was a true loyalist towards the LIC & NFIFWI and had unwavering faith in organization.

May his departed soul receive a light and peaceful path and the Almighty give strength and courage to his heartbroken family and to all of us to bear this loss, with these prayers, on behalf of all the members of NFIFWI and also from the core of our hearts we are rendering our personal tributes.
NFIFWI stands  with the family during this hours of crisis.

प्रिय कामरेड्स,

अत्यंत ही दुःख और वेदना के साथ आपको हम सूचित कर रहे है की हमारे राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारणी के वरिष्ठ सदस्य सेट्रल जोन के अन्तर्गत सतना मंडल के अध्यक्ष श्री शिव चरण दुबे जी का प्रातः 3 दिसम्बर 2021 को मुम्बई में कोकिला बेन धीरू भाई अम्बानी हॉस्पिटल में मृत्यु हो गई।

स्व.शिवचरण दुबे जी को ब्रेन हेमरेज होने के कारण दिनांक 31-07-2021 को मुम्बई में कोकिला बेन हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती किया गया था। 

स्व.शिवचरण दुबे जी सतना मंडल के प्रथम मंडलीय सचिव थे। 1992 से 1994 एवम 2011 से 2016 तक मंडलीय सचिव एवम 1994 से 1996,2006 से 2008 एवम 2018 से आज तक वह सतना मंडल के अध्यक्ष रहे।

श्री शिवचरण दुबे का यह असामयिक और दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण निधन संगठन के लिए और मेरे लिए भी एक बहुत बड़ी अपूरणीय क्षति है।

  एनएफआईएफडब्ल्यूआई के सभी सदस्य इस दुखद समाचार से गहरा स्तब्ध और दुखी हैं।  हम, अपने सभी सदस्यों (NFIFWI) की ओर से, इस बहुत ही सरल और शांत व्यक्तित्व को नमन करते हैं जो LIC और NFIFWI के प्रति सच्चे वफादार थे और संगठन में अटूट विश्वास रखते थे।

 परमात्मा उनकी दिवंगत आत्मा को  शांति और सद्गति प्रदान करें तथा उनके शोक संतप्त परिवार सहित हम सभी को इस नुकसान को सहन करने के लिए शक्ति और साहस दें, इन प्रार्थनाओं के साथ अपने हृदयकी गहराईयों से हम अपनी व्यक्तिगत और एनएफआईएफडब्ल्यूआई के सभी सदस्यों की ओर से भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हैं।

 संकट की इस घड़ी में NFIFWI शोकाकुल परिवार के साथ है।
