All the Zonal /Divisional/Branch Secretaries,

Dear Comrades,

The preparation of *XXX FCM is in full swing. The organisers with sincere involvement of the leadership of South Zone* are putting their best for the most comfortable stay of the delegates and the best possible conduction of the FCM.

*Hearty congratulations and best wishes to the leaders of all our divisions.

Those who have deposited the delegation fee of the full delegate number of their division in the FCM account within the time limit.*

 

You are quite aware of the provision of our constitution that representation of *one from each of the base committee along with their respective divisional President, secretary, the all zonal office bearers and the all India office bearers* are compulsory in the FCM.

*But on review it revealed that nearly 60% of such delegation have been registered so far.*

 

Under such circumstances all the divisional secretaries are requested to organise *virtual DECs in presence of respective Zonal leaders and even all India leaders,* if necessary, to make the base committees understand the gravity of the situation and to respond to that with all the senses of responsibility.

This excercise has to be completed as promptly as possible and to deposit the delegate fees within the timeline.
