Council meeting of the Division and Zone

Dear members,
The place and date of the council meeting of the Division and Zone will be decided in the physical or virtual ZEC/DEC of the Division and Zone only.  

The venue and date of any ZEC/DEC council meeting will be discussed only if the subject is already circulated in the ZEC/DEC agenda.  Its clear guidelines have been given by the Secretary General in NEC Varanasi and FCM Chennai.  Its 100% compliance should be ensured.  A copy of the Divisional Council's notice and agenda should be posted in the ZEC group as soon as it is received by the zone.  Regards,
