We have great pleasure in informing that with the consistent follow up by our Senior Member,Team Legal Shri T.G.John,the defamation case OS 120/2016 filed by Sri.R.Jayaprakash @ Hon'ble Addl.Munsiff Court II ,against the then Central Leadership D1.S G,Com.Vivek Singh,D2.AIP,Sri.G.Nagesh and D3 RS (Mumbai) Com.D.P.Yadav stands dismissed with 'Costs'. D1.Sec.General  and D3.Res.Secretary were represented through POA Sri.T.G.John.The averments in the OS were summarily challenged through our Senior Counsel Adv.A.Abdul Kharim.

IA 123/2023 in OS 120/2016 and OS 120/2016 itself were dismissed by the Hon'ble Court with Costs for defendants for default on 17.03.2023.Judgement received today after court vacation .

We express our sincere gratitude to Sri.T.G.John (former Divisional Secretary, Trivandrum) ,Sr.Counsel A.Abdul Kharim Ji and the entire members of Team Legal for their total support and unwavering loyalty to NFIFWI.
