Maturity/SB recycling

Dear friends,
We are happy to inform you that after our consistent follow up with the CO Department of CRM Process and especially with ED Madam Smt. Anjubala ji our major concern of maturity/SB recycling even after the liability is booked has been resolved. Yesterday programs for Swanivesh Yojana i.e. provision for reinvestment of Maturity/SB has been released by CO. Now we can reinvest/recycle SB/Mty cases where voucher has been prepared in advance. No need to worry whether NEFT is registered or not.

Claims Reinvestment module is operational from today after validation of claim voucher. Our agents can now do the best use of it. All requests for recycling received upto one week before the due date of claim can be entertained now. Even if the claim is forwarded for NEFT payment it can be reverted and recycled fully or partially.

The undersigned alongwith AIRS (Mumbai) Com. Nitin Kamat ji were in CO on 24th & 25th May, 2023 to persuade all our issues including this. Also the SG  was consistently taking follow up with Respected ED Madam and she took a fast initiative to resolve the issue. We are very much thankful to Respected ED Madam Smt. Anjubala ji for this prompt action.
