Exchange of views on important topics with the Respected Managing Director of LIC, Shri M Jagannath ji.

Today on 28th February 2024, in the presence of the Respected Zonal Manager of North Central Zone, Shri RP Guptaji, there was an exchange of views on  important topics with the Respected Managing Director of LIC, Shri M Jagannath ji.

The Respected Managing Director, while discussing the reason for not being present in the National Executive, said that, I could not attend this important meeting, but whenever such an important meeting is held in future, I will definitely attend such a meeting. The Managing Director expressed his serious concern about the new business of March and appealed to all the Development Officers to give their best performance in March.

Secretary General had a detailed discussion with the Honorable Managing Director on Wage Revision and Open Architecture. The Managing Director assured that all the points put forward by the organization in the wage revision will be considered with an open mindset.  On the issue of Open Architecture, the Managing Director said that taking this issue very seriously, NFIFWI will have to make its future strategy so that this can be stopped in future.

The  Secretary General assured the esteemed Managing Director that, in the month of March our entire Field Force will give its best performance and Our Corporation will fulfill its budget on all its parameters. Divisional Secretary Varanasi and members of Team Varanasi were also present in this important meeting. Honorable Managing Director was welcomed and felicitated by Team Varanasi.

समस्त सम्माननीय सदस्य गण,

आज दिनांक 28 फरवरी 2024 को नार्थ सेन्ट्रल जोन के सम्माननीय जोनल मैनेजर श्री आर पी गुप्ता ज की उपस्थिति में भा जी बी निगम के सम्माननीय प्रबंध निदेशक श्री एम जगन्नाथ जी के साथ  महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विचारों का आदान-प्रदान हुआ। 
सम्माननीय प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय ने राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी में उपस्थित नहीं होने के कारण की चर्चा करते हुए कहा  कि , मैं, इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में उपस्थित नहीं हो सका किन्तु आगे जब भी कोई इस तरह की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक होगी मैं ऐसी बैठक में निश्चित रूप से सम्मिलित होऊंगा । प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय ने मार्च के नव व्यवसाय पर गंभीरता के साथ चर्चा किया और मार्च में सभी विकास  अधिकारियों से सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने का आवाहन किया। 

महासचिव द्वारा माननीय प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय के साथ वेज रिवीजन और ओपन आर्किटेक्चर पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई। प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय ने आश्वस्त  किया कि वेज रिवीजन में संगठन के द्वारा रखे गए सभी बिंदुओं पर खुले मन से विचारण किया जाएगा।  ओपन आर्किटेक्चर पर प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय ने कहा कि इसको बहुत ही गंभीरता के साथ लेते हुए NFIFWI को अपनी आगे की रणनीति बनानी होगी जिससे कि इसको आगे रोका जा सके। 

महासचिव ने प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय को भरोसा दिलाया कि मार्च माह में हमारी पूरी विकास वाहिनी अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करेगी और हमारा निगम अपने सभी मानकों  पर अपने बजट को पूरा करेगा। इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में मण्डलीय सचिव वाराणसी और टीम वाराणसी के सदस्य भी सम्मिलित थे।  टीम वाराणसी द्वारा सम्माननीय प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय का स्वागत और अभिनन्दन किया गया।
