Secretary General message for excellent work in the last four days of March

Dear friends,
The March fever is reaching its peak amongst all LICians. For our class, as we all know, the month of March is like a harvesting season. Whatever the seeds of our efforts we put in throughout the year, the fruits of it are sure to be ready for plucking this month.

Friends, the last four days of this month starting today, the 28th March are the most important and crucial days for us. Everybody of us should ensure to take maximum efforts in these slog overs. Actually, it should be played like a T-20 cricket match.

Friends, many attractive business competitions are ongoing in these days at all levels i.e. from BO to CO levels for our agents and for us too. By qualifying in these competitions we and our agents are going to achieve various rewards including luxury foreign tours also. We must take maximum benefit of the competitions to earn all rewards. The competitions are to be used as the most motivating tools for the agents. Let's make the best use of competitions.

We, all Development Officers have to focus on the "March Ahead" competition for Development Officers from 16/03/2024 to 31/03/2024. This competition gives a chance to the DO of being eligible for a luxury gulf countries tour if only 2 agents from his organisation qualify in the level II or III or IV or V of the "Magnificent March - Version 2" competition for agents. In other words, if only 2 agents from a DO's organisation brings in 50L premium during the competition period, they become eligible for the foreign tour as well as the DO will also become eligible for gulf countries tour. On qualifying for this competition, the DO qualifies in almost all other competitions too. Hence, we are suggesting to focus on this competition.

It needs to be noted by each and every Development Officer that after the implementation of the wage revision our remuneration is going to rise at least by 30%, which will put pressure on our appraisals. So, proactively we have to make sure that this burden of wage revision gets neutralized by our March productivity. We advise all our members to be enough proactive, rather hyper active in these last four days of the year. We individually and collectively will try hard and ensure that all our agents become active in these LAST FOUR DAYS particularly. This will make a big difference. This will ensure the strong foothold of our great organisation LIC of India. Being committed front line soldiers of LIC, its our duty to strengthen our organisation and take her to newer heights.

We wish all our members and our agents a grand success in these last four days of the year. Let's create a history.
