NEFT registration at the proposal data capture stage

NEFT registration at the proposal data capture stage has been made mandatory, with effect from 2024-25 F.Y. The circular in this respect has also been issued on 30.03.2024.
It is hereby informed, that-
1) Cancelled cheque leaf or
2) Cancelled cheque leaf along with the self attested bank pass book,( where the name is not printed on the cheque leaf)
3) Where the cheque leaves are not supplied by the banks, attested copies of the bank passbook, duly verified by the class I, class II officers or club member agents, who had introduced the policy; can also be supplied to register in NEFT.

If any division has any confusion regarding the provisions, it must request a clarification from the Zonal office. Likewise, if any zone has any confusion, it must send for clarification from the CO, to clear the confusion. This is for your cognizance.
