Guidelines for organizing the Divisional Council.

Dear members,
Guidelines have been issued by the Secretary General under the constitutional provisions for organizing the Divisional Council.   In FCM Chennai also, instructions were given to organize the Divisional Council with complete transparency. 
In this regard, if the Divisional Council meeting of your division is not being held as per the above guidelines, please send this information to your Zonal Secretary immediately. 
All Divisional Secretaries are requested to ensure that while holding the Divisional Council meeting, it should be conducted as per the earlier guidelines given by the Secretary General and as per the constitutional provisions of NF. 
When you work with complete transparency, the loyalty of the members towards the organization will definitely increase.
