The just concluded LOK SABHA elections, witnessed a lot of our Development Officers being appointed to duties spanning long days. In the coming days, quite a few states  are going to experience Legislative Assembly elections and bye elections. Now it is being requested to you , that if in any of those forthcoming elections, any DO from your division is assigned any duty of more than 3 days, i.e. more than the polling and counting days, please write a letter to your Sr. Divisional Manager in the letterhead of the Divisional Association of NFIFWI.

Please write a letter for every individual Development Officer, in which mention the plight he is and will be undergoing, due to allotment of such long duty; and the effect it has on his work norm, even in the future as a ripple effect. Also request the Sr. DM to intervene and make alternative arrangements, to save them from any such problem. After submitting such a letter send a copy to the ZS, who will in turn compile the whole data, and write a letter to the Zonal Manager. After getting that received at the ZM s office, the ZS will send a copy of that letter to the Central Federation. This is for your perusal.
