ED (SBA) Shri Dharam Pal ji & Chief SBA-05-07-2024

 On 5th July, 2024, I alongwith AIRS (Mumbai) Shri. Nitin Kamat ji visited the CO. During this visit we have taken up issues related to SBAs, especially the dilution of OMA eligibility criteria. We met the ED (SBA) Shri Dharam Pal ji & Chief SBA outlining the current market situation in an organized manner. We discussed the impact of increased salaries on the continuation of SBAs. We submitted a letter on behalf of all SBAs. Through this letter we have demanded for simplifications of OMA eligibility criteria, especially the criteria of number of NB transactions.

We have demanded simplification of OMA structure by reducing several conditions for its eligibility. Many measures, from our side also are suggested in detailed discussion with the SBA department at CO.

We hope for positive response from the management in this context.
