Individual Award Competition For Development Officer

*Dear Comrades,* To motivate the Development Officers and support them during the last two months of the F.Y, to rigorously work, we had demanded Individual Award Competition during our discussion with the management on 30.1.2019 at C.O. We had requested the competition with the condition of TFPI and double the reward if 75% of the agency organisation is activised. We requested starting with Rs.2000 reward for Rs.5 Lakhs TFPI and double the reward (Rs.4000) on activisation of 75% agency organisation of the D.O, without any maximum limit on the reward. The management agreed to float a competition, and today had issued Individual Award Competition. We were informed that the competition is exclusive from the C.O and any competition of the Zone will be in addition to the Individual Award competition. Instructions were given to the Zones for competition based on TFPI, Activisation or with any other conditions. All the Zonal Federations are requested to speak to their respective Zonal management and ensure that the competitions floated by the zones are in addition to the reward of the Individual Award competition floated by the C.O.
