Com.S.W.Kalvit first got elected in the year 1962 at Pune Federal Council and got re-elected 11 times in the following Federal Councils-1964 Madras, 1965 Calcutta, 1966 Lucknow,1968 Delhi, 1969 Nagpur (Spl.Federal Council), 1970 Hyderabad, 1973 Cochin, 1977 Cuttack, 1979 Bombay, and finally at Bangalore Federal Council in the year 1982. He was the Secretary General till the next Federal Council which held at Calcutta after 4 years gap in the year 1986. In that Calcutta meet he was requested by the house to be the All India Working President along with the All India President Com.Mohan Kumara Mangalam. After building this great orgainsaiton for us, he died in the year 1987.
