Com.Rabi Sen, the first Secretary General of NFIFWI got elected at Delhi Federal Council held in the year 1957 along with Com.G.S.Vaish as All India President. He got re-elected again in 1958 and 1960 Federal Councils held at Hyderabad and Calcutta respectively. (Further details are awaited )
